You don’t need a referral to see any of our Physiotherapists. This means quicker access to care and earlier management of injuries.
Referrals are always welcome and can provide helpful insight from your GP or Specialist.

Yes, we accept Private Health Insurance. We offer on the spot claiming, meaning all rebates can be processed immediately after your appointment.

Eligible patients can access Physiotherapy sessions with a Medicare rebate.
Chat you your GP about GP Management Plan (GPCCMP) to receive 5 x subsidised sessions each calendar year.

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments cancelled/ rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
No-shows will also incur a 50% appointment fee.
